You get hell lot of pain. But you do not get a hard On or Pee yourself, or get urge to pee or have sex in a log time.

I'd imagine its similar to peeing on an electric fence, which was done in one of the Jackass movies.

I couldn't find a video online, but I'm sure if you see it, your question will be answered!
