MEDIA WIKI question:
Can MW be tweaked so that to add tags and/or attributes to pages?
I am trying to setup a wiki called Project Robotica that will contain a wiki page on every robot ever made.
Since people will be adding robots over time to this wiki, it would be helpful if there could be a form-based front-end where users can fill out certain basic information about each robot, in addition to the free form wiki editing feature currently available.
Additionally, as robots has various attributes... for example, the Drivetrain of a robot may be wheeled, legged, tracked, etc... I'd like the wiki to be able to maintain these attributes as specific tags. Since there are multiple attributes, there is a need for multiple SETS of tags (eg, a set of tags for Drivetrain, a set of tags for Operating System, a set of tags for Processors, and so on...)
Any help, guidance, brainstorming advice that you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
