I know you're kidding about your question, but I think it's a legitimate thing to be a spokesperson for the prevention of teen pregnancy when he and his show are also profiting from people who have made some awful choices in life (including coming on his show, obviously).
He has many more people on his show than teenage mothers. There are plenty of unfortunate people out there, and he celebrates them to be sure. I don't think there's going to be any shortage of people willing to go on his show and get ratings for him and fame for themselves.
