No, there is no way to find out if it is a vampire once it is dead.
Unless you are talking about the Desmodus rotundus, in which case, I wouldn't believe it either because they live in South America.
Not to mention that vampires do not exist as such.
The guy himself doesn't believe they exist and he is just showing how people suspected of being vampires were treated after they died.
