Tupperware is a direct marketing company. Individuals are contractors in the company, and have Tupperware parties in homes to sell the product.
I believe that the marketing is primarily up to the individuals. I know there are brochures and stuff that are used at the parties. I also believe that there are upper level tupperware salespeople who have been successful and recruit others. They may have other suggestions and ideas.
