Many sites use Facebook Connect. Lets say you opt to sign in with FB connect. What happens if you ever delete your FB account? Would...

... you have to create new account at all of the social sites that you were accessing with Facebook Connect?
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Either way if you tried to access the sites using the facebook connect, if you deactivated or deleted you account you would not be able to access the sites because your account would be deactivated / deleted.

First, it's impossible to delete your account, you can only deactivate it, and once you log in again you reactivate it. Therefore, you would not need to create a new account at all these sites.

I know, because I'm launching a social networking site and looking to implement a similar feature that lets you log into other sites with your account :)

It is actually possible to permanently delete your Facebook account. However, it takes several more steps than deactivating your account, and is not a readily-accessible account setting.
