What's the best waterproof glue to use for exterior use on wood?

Any polyurethane type, such as Gorrilla Glue. Make sure to follow the directions, its expands and can make a big mess. It makes a very strong bond.

Caulobacter crescentus is the strongest glue . But it is in the makeing
