If you don't live near a Lowe's, Fernco also makes flexible pipes.

When I moved into my present house I redid the cabinets causing the sink to be offset. On the pipe leading down from the sink, my plumber attached a black plastic pipe that had an elbow at one end. The elbow side was attached to the pipe from the sink. The other side was directed sideways. The plumber cut the black pipe so that it was centered with the pipe coming out of the wall. Then he attached a smaller elbow and directed the pipe downward. Then a P-trap was connected to that pipe. Finally, he connected another elbow from the P-trap to the pipe coming from the wall.
