Is it possible to add your own images to a page?

I have made a banner that would fit one of the pages I manage, and I would like to know if I could use it

If you are the page manager you could add the picture by adding a Featured Object to the page.

You can add your own images inside the constraints of the Mahalo page design. Create a free Flickr account http://www.flickr.com to store your image and insert them as you want.

Yes, and I tried to add a picture from flickr but it says permission denied so I joined Mahalo thinking after that would it would be easy. Not exactly. How do you add a picture to a page (category like "frogs" just an example) after you login? I could add it here but it would not make sense here. I want to add it on a specific page. Thanks!
