As I understand it, there is nothing automatic about that.
For example, I manage the article on Star Trek. If you added a section to that, there is no automatic way that you'd get any M$ from that page.
The only way that you might get something is if I asked you to write a section for the page, and gave a tip for that. That's roughly what's happening with the Mahalo Tasks, except they're only assigned by Mahalo staff members, not normal useres.
It's hard to see how you could get automatic payments for contributing to a page you don't manage because not all contributions are good!
Of course at the moment, as far as I know there hasn't been a single visit to the Star Trek page, or single cent earned. So there's no M$ to share anyway.

I visited the Star Trek site and did not see much user added content. Philipy you must have had the fastest fingers in the West to have captured "Star Trek"
I have an ASP.NET site and started to add content.
One issue I have is the inappropriate images and content that are automatic filtering into the claimed page.
How do you clean up the content?
Philipy answer some of my Mahalo questions I posted this morning about "Claimed Pages"
If by inappropriate you mean off topic, edit the search string so that it is for example "Star Trek" not just Star Trek. If it was the latter, things tagged with "Star" on Flickr could show up in the feed.
If it's big problem you could just manually choose the best 17 images and pin them. They're all that users will see.
But it's nice to have the search there as it's constantly updated and reflects what people are interested in about the topic right now.
