I requested a payment the morning of June2nd for 40Mahalo dollars (30 usd). Will this payment be reflected soon?

My MD balance was 41.25md at 730am June2nd and I requested a payment. The payment screen said (pending) and that I would be paid by the 15th of the next month however by 10pm that night my MD total was 31.00md and there is no record of payment. This total along with all my other stats have not been returned to pre switch totals.

Today is June10th 9:18pm est. I have not heard back from either CTO Mark or my buddy Lon. My profile clearly states I have $71.75 tips paid in to me and $15.00 tips paid out to other members. My totals say $55.25 tips paid to me and $14.00 paid to other members. Can someone help me?
