The proper answer here is, I think, to put the word movie after the generic word.
Vertigo Movie
For example:
Awakenings Movie
Malcolm X Movie
Shine Movie
Affliction Movie
The English Patient Movie
and so on...
Then, if you choose, you can ask one of the Guides to add appropriate redirects to the page so that people who, for example, search "Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo" will be directed to the page.

How do you handle double pages?
Take, for example, my desire to create a page about Alfred Hitchcock's film Vertigo. I cannot, though, because vertigo is already taken by the condition. There still needs to be a page on the film, but how will people find it? What should it be called?

In instances such as this, we will often add the word "Movie" to the title of the page, as @timcadieux mentioned above. For example:
Awakenings Movie
Malcolm X Movie
Shine Movie
Affliction Movie
The English Patient Movie
and so on...
Then, if you choose, you can ask one of the Guides to add appropriate redirects to the page so that people who, for example, search "Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo" will be directed to the page.
