How do you add redirects to a specific SeRP if the "Redirects" section doesn't appear?

I'm trying to redirect a search term to a SeRP that I've been editing. With all of the other SeRPs I've edited, the "Redirects" section in the sidebar makes it easy to redirect other search terms to that page. For some strange reason, this section isn't showing on the This Week in Startups page, even though I can see all of the other edit controls.

Any idea why this is happening?

The Redirect option has been removed due to early abuse. We are working on a redirect request system, but until then just shoot myself or @leslie a DQ with your request.
