Direct questions will go away as soon you answer them and the asker rates your answer. However currently we are experiencing intermittent bugs related to DQ's if you experience any problems with a direct question please email it to contact@mahalo.com

I received direct questions that were statement 'I did this to your page...' No question was asked. Shouldn't the fact that I read them be enough?

I guess it should.. but to remove it from your queue you need to respond to it. Just type "ok" or "thanks" to acknowledge you received the tip.
