To elaborate a bit, the page-view counter has been broken for a while now. If you wish to see your page views with much more detail, you can set up Google Analytics. An excellent step-by-step primer was put together by @robbrown, (see http://www.mahalo.com/google-analytics-for-page-managers ). Follow the detailed instructions there and that will get you started.
Meanwhile, the ad revenue continues to be tracked, which is why you're seeing your share show up in your Mahalo account.

How come my A Dance with Dragons earned some money when it doesn't has a visit count
I'm seeing that my A Dance with Dragon has 0 visits, nothing, no one has seen it, however it has earned a few cents, how is that possible?

As @rslakinski said, the visitor counter is disabled. You can use Google Analytics for page counts if you own the page. Check: http://www.mahalo.com/google-analytics-for-page-managers for an excellent guide by @Robbrown on how to implement it.
