Make sure all the fields are filled in. Sometimes if a field is left blank, it doesn't save. Then try a refresh after you submit it. Sometimes the pages can be buggy. When this happens, I take a break from it and come back to it later and it usually works.

I tried posting one on one of my pages and It doesn't appear either. I guess it's added but doesn't show up on the top links.
By the way I took a look at your page, and it's coming along it just needs a summary.
