Hey Philipy, this is not a bug just a change, currently only employees (and I think Black Belts) can add to the redirect section on pages. I believe it was introduced as a bud-nip to an abuse issue.
We're continuing to improve the redirect process directly from the search.

BUG?: I can't see a redirects section on any of my pages any more.
The redirects that were previously in place are still working, but there's no way to create any new ones.
Eg. Arsenal redirects to Arsenal F.C.
Is this a bug, or a changed feature?
I liked the feature as it prevent stupid duplications, and allowed all the common names for something to go to the right page.

It basically means several names (or search terms) all point to one page.
So for example I have a page called "Arsenal F.C." It's a page about Arsenal Football Club, who are most commonly just called "Arsenal".
If someone typed "Arsenal" into the Mahalo search box, without the redirect they wouldn't be sent to my page. Even worse, they'd be invited by the system to start another page on the very same topic.

Ahhh... yes, valuable indeed. I will be watching for the resolution.
I have claimed 2 pages today and notice that about half of the time when I try to edit them the edit does not "take". I think I will give it arest and look at it again tomorrow.
Thank you for the info. It is very helpful.

I have the same question! I just spent the last 30 minutes looking for that and scratching my head because I know I did it for my other page (BMW 335i is redirected to BMW 335). It really does help and prevents unnecessary confusion. This is important to me! Hopefully it is just a temporary bug, but please let us know!

I just looked but I can't see the redirect option on one of my pages. This is a stupid question since I've already done this once before, but where am I supposed to be looking for this again?
