Recently, when nominating an answer for AotD:October 19, I had overlooked a rule regarding the age of the nominated answer. Safiqulislam tactfully pointed out my error and explained why he needed to vote "unhelpful." I applaud him for his courage in doing the right thing, even when it may be perceived as the unpopular or the "not nice" thing to do.
We have used team tipping to promote worthwhile questions. Why not use this practice to acknowledge the simple but outstanding actions of Mahalo members?

Actually when I voted you then I thought that @shinju will take in as a personal jealous even I love this community....but now my eyes say that my name is in Mahalo Spirit Award due to do that.Amazing!
I know that most of member loves me because I think I am the most Junior member in this community, may be.So I respect to all mahalions. Feel free to advice me about anything anytime anywhere.
Many of member of mahalo know that English is not my primary language so to get a best answer or make a task I need to hard work. Even I thankful to @camilla @jeffhoard @annek @jkepler @mithrandir @bunnyphuphu @michelledevon @kerry @lesliec @shinju and too many because they helped me much when I felt nervous in mahalo answers as well as tasks.
I always dream that one day I will be a black belterian. lol. I am hoping all you are will support me to be a advance writer and task manager.Don't forget me to add as friend.I like it.

Yo..one minute please...I can remember that in a question of @jeffhoard about international politics, I had answered a really different answer(I written about taliban,alqaida etc) from actual topic then I was my early life in mahalo and I got few unhelpful vote but I made tit for tat. I am really regret for that. I had to hard work to find this question again here is it. did-muntazer-al-zaidi-deserve-to-be-tortured-for-throwing-his-shoes-at-george Now I am sorry to @albanian ....forgive me please then I was new at mahalo so I was not sure how to make proper answer.
