WHERE'S all my money??
I won $3 and I had a few best answers.. but no money has showed up in a couple days!! I had 90 cents.. and the system let me give a ONE dollar tip, and it shows I am 10 cents in the hole...! But really I should have 2 or 3 dollars or more. I give away all my money in tips and tip questions.. I am bored, and.. last time I pulled in money from Paypal, It never showed up then Mahalo apologized and paid me.. BUT I am reluctant to do that again... I am frustrated!! I can't even offer a tip for this!!

I have read about people having time delayed updates.
@ayla_zed I have been in a similar circumstance.
I contacted @lon he helped me a great deal.
I also was in contact with @markjeffery at mark@mahalo.com he assured me everything would be straightened out.
Within a short period of time everything was back to normal and things worked out great.
These methods will most likely work for your questions as well.

When it comes to money issues with your account the best route in getting immediate action is to submit an email to contact@mahalo.com that way the team can see your problem and one of the accountants can get to checking out your account right away and fixing the problem.

I've been telling people to go to feedback@mahalo.com, does it matter? Which is the best e-mail? How about jeffhoardisgreat@mahalo.com?

Jeff I have tried emailing contact@mahalo.com on 2 separate occasions regarding money issues, and I did not receive a response either time. What do I do?
I also just noticed today that my tip earnings and balance do not match. I keep track of all my tips on paper so I always know how much I should have. Today I got about $2.25 in tips, but my balance is short about $1.
