I have encountered this on both of my Macs running 10.4.11 using both Firefox and Safari. The last script error I got was last night, but I will be sure to take a screenshot if one happens again. Based on my conversations with a number of PC users on the site, it looks like the Macs are affected the most.
Here is a recent screenshot.

I've encountered this on my mac but not my PC (windows 7 beta). I've also encountered a bug where my answers are stripped of their formatting and spacing when they are submitted.

I have a workaround for a bug that is driving me nuts, and I thought I would share it. When you post a long answer (in the initial answer box) the answer submit function times out, and when you hit back the answer is gone. So try this. Just post a single word answer in the first answer screen (like "yes"). Then in the answer edit page type away to your heart's content. The answer edit page has some kind of autosave magic going on, so it never loses your answer. It's only the initial answer box that has the timeout problem.

I personally just select all and copy before hitting submit in case an error occurs or the site goes down. I think the auto-save magic is based on the way the submission takes place. I could swear I have seen the text of my answers in the URL bar when answering something and so when you hit back it is your browsers history that is helping it fill in the blanks. There is a slight chance I was seeing things though so don't get too excited.
