Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.

There is no way to do that. Mahalo indeed only supports a starting tip of M$1.
I think that they refrained from allowing smaller tips as it would have given all kinds of logistic problems. If you don't provide a tip, Mahalo does. But, what happens if you provide a tip of M$0.05? Should Mahalo provide the rest to add up to M$0.25? What if Mahalo increases the 'provided tip', like they did last time?
To avoid all that, I think they decided that a provided tip should be at least M$1, and if no tip is awareded, Mahalo would provide anywhere from M$0.01 to M$0.99.
There is only one way around that, and you can't do that yourself: Someone else can 'team-tip' your question. Team-tipping allows anything from M$0.05 and up. (like I just did!)

Mahalo is adding a tip to all questions that don't offer a tip.
How can we add cents to the tip or when we send mahalo money?
When ever we add tips it has to be whole M$ dollars.
Why can't we add like say 50 cents or 25 cent or 75 cent?
We shouldn't have to round up or down to tip.
Anyway around it?
