Every day this week I get the same message when I log in to Mahalo, telling me they have sent a message but it's not there

The e-mail is working and entered correctly. I've sent messages via the "contact mahalo" every day with no response yet.

We have been responding to your emails, I wonder if you are not seeing them because your mail provider is blocking them? Have you checked your bulk and spam folders in your email?

Yes, the message above is what I still see, and no, the message is not in my spam folder. Strangely enough I seem to be active, so if it doesn't bother you, I'm willing to just move forward? There's a lot to learn about this place, and it looks kind of cool so far. How do I select you to get the $1?
