Do old Mahalo members get 50 points for "joining Mahalo Answers"?

I signed up for Mahalo a long time ago but just started really using the site this week after The Big Announcement. I don't seem to have received the initial 50 points for "joining Mahalo Answers" that is described in the belt page.

Is this intentional or can older users get this 50 point bump?

Yeah, you should have got 50 points on June 2nd, we're working on that particular bug, you should get them soon.

I am pretty sure they do not because it specificly said when i joined today that since you are a new user that you do get the 50 points and white belt. Old users probably do not get the 50 points because they are OLD users not new.
