Terms of Service Updates

Hi Lon, I have some requests for updates to the Terms of Service page: http://www.mahalo.com/terms-of-service

Under the payments section, please mention that members can only request 1 payment per month.

Under the Page Management section it says "Upon the second withdrawl of Mahalo Dollars, users may be required to fill out a W-9 form for tax purposes." I think this should be under the Payments section, not Page Management.

As mentioned above, users will now have to fill out W9 Tax form to receive a 2nd payment. The information on how to do this should also be listed somewhere.

These are just some things that I have learned from direct answers from staff that I think need to be posted for everyone.
