That's a great page containing all the information needed for a new Mahalo user. I couldn't think of any important missing sections at the moment.
But it would be better if Asking questions comes on the top of the list. I prefer the order,
1. Asking Questions
2. Types of Questions
3. Types of Tips
4. Begin Answering Questions
5. Helpful and Unhelpful Votes
6. Interesting Question Votes
7. Undecided Voting
8. Become More Familiar with Mahalo Answers
9. Dealing with Technical Issues?
I. Common Mahalo Technical Issues
I am suggesting of Common Mahalo Technical Issues because it could reduce users sending the same common bugs over and over again.
Also how about putting a section about Mahalo Contests & BARNRAISING ? This could help users who does not know about the ongoing contests, and could bring more participation of users in these contests. :-)
If I can think of anything else, I will mention later !

The page looks great!
A while back I made a page called Mahalo User Guide that I think should be turned into a redirect to this page (or maybe How Mahalo Works).
But before you do that, you might check out the "Frequently Asked Questions" section and see if you think anything there is useful. Much of the content came from a question I asked about "what would you like to see on a Mahalo User Guide" a while back.

Explain the importance of voting on undecided questions. Maybe title it: Voting (Undecided Questions)
In the Asking Questions section, explain how to properly use the title box for a 1 sentence question, followed by details in the body of the question. Also explain the importance of properly categorizing a question.
Explain the Report Button, what it does and when it should be used.

1. Types of Tips — basic concept, belongs near top.
2. Types of Questions — basic concept, belongs near top.
3. Asking Questions — many users who stumble across Answers will probably want to ask a question, so this should be close to the top. It's also not closely related to any of the sections below, so it should be separate.
4. Begin Answering Questions — other users will want to learn how to make M$. Answering questions may not be something that all users will want to do, since Mahalo topic pages are information sources -- visitors may just have a quick question that wasn't answered on a topic page, so this should be lower than the "asking questions" section.
5. Undecided Voting — not a primary use case of the site for new users. White belts only get 10 votes per day, so this isn't too important to put high up on the page, but it's still more important (in my opinion) than voting answers helpful.
6. Interesting Question Votes — not a "must know" thing for new users, but an important part of the site either way.
7. Helpful and Unhelpful Votes — new users can't rate answers, so this certainly isn't one of the more important things to explain to new users.
8. Become More Familiar with Mahalo Answers — perfect fit down near the bottom.
9. Dealing with Technical Issues? / Known Issues — it'd be nice to know if there were any major unpatched bugs, but that isn't entirely necessary. Sidenote: it would be neat if users could somehow rate feature suggestions / bug fixes on something like UserVoice. Just sayin'.

for this one... i think an overview should be first, then move the asking farther up...
1. Become More Familiar with Mahalo Answers (overview)
2. Types of Questions
3. Asking Questions
4. Begin Answering Questions (great place to link to copy and paste)
5. Researching Tips (added this one)
6. Types of Tips
7. Interesting Question Votes
8. Helpful and Unhelpful Votes
9. Undecided Voting (moved this down because it is really separate from asking and answering)
10.Dealing with Technical Issues?
and i like the previous suggestion of a known issues section to address those things that are already being worked on... might cut down on the reports just a little... but i wouldn't hold my breath.
just my two cents...

Ah Contests good idea. Barnraising can be part a Mahalo Tasks page, I'm keeping this for Mahalo Answers information only... To avoid confusion of course.

I like the idea about posting a list of known bugs.

Thanks I actually took it and redirected it to New User Guide for Mahalo
As for the FAQ section I'll try to get those answered within the Helpful Mahalo Pages.

Looks good Jeff. I like the order of how it is new. A couple suggestions: Explain the importance of voting on undecided questions. Maybe title it: Voting (Undecided Questions)
In the Asking Questions section, explain how to properly use the title box for a 1 sentence question, followed by details in the body of the question. Also explain the importance of properly categorizing a question.
Explain the Report Button, what it does and when it should be used.

Great page! Here's how I would order the sections, personally: 1. Types of Tips — basic concept, belongs near top.
