Well Mahalo just added a Widget for blogs...and there is a "best questions" area on the home page.
I think that the RSS feeds for Answers work just as well as a Liveblog style ticker.

And that way the person using the feed can choose to subscribe to NSFW or not.
Wouldn't ever be able to be a full scroll of all new questions, due to the NSFW stuff. That just can't be put on the public site.
I think there's more value, at this stage, in featuring specific questions on the home page for a few hours rather than having them scroll through. Maybe at some point a Qblog would be useful Certainly would not be hard to do...

Will Mahalo Answers ever have a "Live Questions" like its Liveblog?
I would like to see a continual scrolling list of new questions on the home page of answers.
or
Have a widget that will be added to iGoogle or a Twhirl app (where can post answers too) or a widget to add to your site, etc...
ie
http://www.mahalo.com/Liveblog
Anyone else like this idea?

You can put Mahalo Answers in an RSS feed. It's not a bad idea, but I think people would rather have these widgets customizable by category. So, if you like a question on a topic, yet not another, it might make more sense to only receive a scrolling list of questions that relate to your categories of interest.
