"Who Would Win" Villains vs. Villains - Heroes vs. Heroes

Your favorite Villains putted one on one with each other.
The best Heroes stair one another down.
Who Would Win? Feel free to contribute your own as well.
Don't need to answer each one.
Explaining your answer a bit will help.

Villains:
1. Magneto(X-Men) vs. the Emperor(Star Wars)
2. the Joker(Batman) vs. Lex Luther(Superman)
3.the Terminator vs. the Predator

Heroes:
1. Wolverine(X-Men) vs. the Hulk
2. Cast of Original Star Trek vs. Cast of Star Trek Next Generation
3. the Punisher vs. Batman

Villains:
1. Magneto(X-Men) vs. the Emperor(Star Wars) - Magneto. His helmet will make him impervious to Sith mind control and assuming the Emperor's life saber has metal parts, it would be rendered useless.

2. the Joker(Batman) vs. Lex Luthor(Superman) - The Joker. While Lex has the brains and the gadgets I think the Joker will eventually beat him with his sheer insanity and unpredictability.

3.the Terminator vs. the Predator - The Terminator! He's a cyborg so I think he can confuse Predator's heat vision.

1. Wolverine(X-Men) vs. the Hulk - Wolverine. He can heal almost instantaneously and mostly all Hulk can do is beat him up. I also think Wolverine can easily outsmart Hulk.

2. Cast of Original Star Trek vs. Cast of Star Trek Next Generation - Next Generation. They have a Klingon on their side and Dr. Crusher can distract Captain Kirk with her hotness while the rest of the crew kicks butt.

• I picked all the same in my head. The only one I was on the fence about was Terminator Vs Predator. You made a good point, but I love the Predator too much to think he would be fooled by that advantage. Plus he kicked Arnold's rear in his movie. :) Thanks for the answer!

FYI, it's a Light Saber, not life saber. Don't worry, my fiance made the same mistake a month ago and she's into Star Wars too. Thanks Again!

Very strange, sorry for correcting. I try not to come off as a Star Wars know-it-all but I can't help myself sometimes. I think thats the writters motto by the way- "I find errors in everyone else's work but my own." :)

Actually, there was an official marvel comic fight between Hulk and Wolverine. Heck, there was even one between the whole X team and Hulk, and Hulk womped. He is just as invincible. I seem to recall that he tore of wolverine's head or something and threw it way away from the body so it couldn't bond back. Then wolverine crawled to the head using his senses or something, but by then Hulk was long gone and had won. Even though I wish Wolverine would win.
