Currently thats the highest level.
Example:
@Easyboy is second degree, he has yellow tip.
@Lesliec is staff, blackbelt first degree, no yellow tip.
Staff no longer shows up in the TOP MEMBERS tab.. Hopefully they'll have an alternative soon, I know people used that area to contact staff...

Who noticed the new gold staff belt tips? What do you think?
I like how they are subtle but still something to show who the staff members are.

They used to be in the top of the top members list, but they are not there now. You just have to see them around in the posts.

No. Its just Second Degree black belts and above. Most of the Staff happen to be Second Degree or above (you'd be too if you viewed pages all day)... Currently thats the highest level.
