Let me get this straight; as long as you have at least five children, then it is perfectly OK to shoot someone else's child.

I'm sorry, but I fail to see the mitigating circumstances.

Lets see, if the victim wasn't a black man, I think the gripe would be that an unarmed suspect was shot while laying down on the ground, even though he had committed no crime.

The suspect must have been lying on the ground while he was being shot at; Otherwise, how did the bullet travel through the suspects lungs and then end up in his liver?

Now how many times did the Officer fire off that weapon ?
