When you cash out does Mahalo pay on time or does the money come late sometimes into your PayPal.

I cashed out some time sept 7 or so it is oct 16 and it is a day past 15th and still no money in my PayPal account . Please Dont mind my question i just wanted to know what all of you have been going through with
it . I have to say i love Mahalo. Also I put my email in right.

I've only cashed out twice. Last month I received my payment a few days early, but have not yet received payment this month.

They sent out an email on Friday (10/16) asking for W9 forms. It looks like the emails went to PayPal email addresses because my husband got the email and forwarded it to me (his email is the one our PayPal account is setup under). So anyway, they want everyone to submit a W9 and then you'll receive payment. However, this confused me because I already sent them a W9 back in August, so I don't know why my payment is delayed. I went ahead and sent it again, just in case.

So check you email -- whichever one you use on your PayPal account for instructions on sending a W9, or send an email to Mike@Mahalo.com.

I think they're always late when it comes to cashing out. I also cashed out last September and until now, I'm hoping that I could see it in my Paypal. I'm not really rushing them but I'm just excited for my first ever cash out! Wee! ^^

I think this is another issue that should be address by Mahalo community managers or staff members. Just my opinion but Mahalo was experiencing problems for the past couple days now that might be the reason why you did not get the money these are issues that should be address and paid much attention by the Mahalo.

I also requested some money at the end of August and I still haven't received it. I'm patient, so I don't mind it that much.

You can always send a message to Lon. He is in charge of the money transactions. He can manually send you the money, not sure if you still have to wait an extra 15 days.

H e will usually do it manually if you requested the money 2 or 3 months ago.

I haven't tried it, because I whine too much already with my mahalo pages. :D
Lon is listed in the List of Mahalo Staff Members. Easy to find. :D

This time it will be late because they requested the tax forms to be submitted. So whoever submitted will get it faster. I haven't yet submitted. So it will be late for me.
Sometimes, if the 15th is on weekend, payment may be late. One time it happened to me. But to my experience, the money will come.

Now that the tax thing came to play it just kicked my question in the but.
I really felt it was a delay that is going to work out in a day or two but now a
tax form wow . i am going to send mine in when i can .

Send the tax forms to mike through email.mike@mahalo.com is his email. Or you can fax it to 310 496 0766.
