What's with all the questions marked for 25 cents?

There have been a lot of questions popping up for 25 cents. In fact, questions that were a dollar are now marked down. What's the deal, yo?

MA has been experimenting with the tips (when noone specifies a tip).

Currently, all Mahalo provided tips are M$1, but if the staff thinks your question isn't worthy of that, then they bump it to M$0.25.
