There is a "Riding Dinosaurs" question asked by someone who was trolling. I think that the asker put his question on auto-refresh. If it's not the most-viewed, I'm sure it's close.
As for legitimate questions, I think the view count is something in the 500-or-so range.

Maybe the question was a troll, but it seemed people were having a good time with the answers, so I'm not sure I'd throw it out of the "legitimate question" category. It was successful as entertainment, at the least.
