What happens if we can't request a Mahalo Dollar withdrawal before the 1st?
I hear that there's a bit of a bug with the payment request system. I've been trying to request funds for a couple of days now before the end of the month.
I'm looking forward to making another contribution to the Mahalo Answers Kiva Group: http://www.kiva.org/team/mahalo_answers
From the Mahalo Answers Terms Of Service:
"When you submit your request, we'll transfer the full balance, or the portion of the balance you choose, to your PayPal account on the 15th of the following month."
But what happens if this bug doesn't get sorted out by the 1st?

So are you saying that we have to request withdrawal before the 1st to receive payment by the 15th?
robbrown,
Apologies if you are having troubles. Have you experienced a bug firsthand in trying to request a withdrawal? Could you tell us exactly what happened? We'd love to help you out, any details you can provide help us greatly in figuring out what is not working properly.
Sorry about your troubles ... and thanks!

Thanks for the reply, Mark. Noooo worries at all. This is a beta system and I like that.
Cfinke sent me a direct question mentioning that he'd solve my problem for me. What great support! Thank-you guy so much for running such a tight ship.
Here's the short of the problem:
I visit http://www.mahalo.com/Special:MahaloSettings?un=robbrown&tab=3
I enter the amount that I would like to withdraw. M$160.
I also tried selecting "my current balance" with the same result.
I press submit request.
The page refreshes. There is no error message.
However, my current full balance remains. My request does not move into "pending".
I've tried a few times over the past several days with the exact same result.
But, like I said, no biggie. Even if the payout doesn't process this month, that's cool. I was just wondering.
If for some reason you can't recreate the error, you're welcome to VNC into my machine and give it a try from here. Just let me know.

"to your PayPal account on the 15th of the following month."
So if you request a payout on the 2nd of March the following month would be April. You would not be paid out until around April 15th.
This is VERY (very very) common when people make money online. I regularly receive affiliate checks from various places on the Internet and they ALL (every single one) has a similar policy.
I could be way off base here though, I don't work for Mahalo. I just like it a lot.
