I am not a doctor. Dr. Oz is not on Mahalo, regardless he is a heart doctor and not a neurologist, neurosurgeon or ophthalmologist. You need to see a doctor. You have a serious condition. If you are symptomatic, go to the ER - most city/community hospitals are required to treat you regardless of insurance. If you are symptomatic, do not let them turf you out without a plan.
If you are in the US, go to you local community hospital, in urban areas often referred to as a city hospital. Ask to be directed to the medicaid office. Apply for medicaid. See if you qualify for a low cost insurance if you do not qualify for medicaid. If you can't get anywhere there, ask to be directed to the social work department - most major hospitals have one. A social worker might be able to get you hooked into a charity care system - many hospitals have something or can put you in touch with something - this is usually used for people that do not qualify for medicaid for whatever reason. If you go to the ER and if you are admitted they can complete medicaid or charity care applications in the hospital.
I have included links below about the condition so you can get more information for yourself, but you really need to get medical care.
