I like having a NSFW category. It helps both the people who want to post about NSFW things, and people who want to avoid NSFW things.
There's nothing worse than surfing the web during a break at work and coming across a link that is not clearly labeled as NSFW. Which has, to my chagrin, happened to me on occasion.

We've added a NSFW category (not safe for work) for things that are, well, NSFW. Thoughts?
Here is the url: http://demo.mahalo.com/answers/nsfw
Note: in a few moments anything that is NSFW will NOT show up on the homepage. You have to go to that category specifically to see stuff that is NSFW.
Also, there will be a roadblock stopping folks and warning them.
I think this is the best way to handle things that get PG-13 or above (but not X).
