I'd have to say that Question #1 should be the question of the day, because of all the thoughtful answers put forth by the people answering there. It would be a really be good for anyone looking to increase their website's traffic to look in there. Even Calacanis is offering advice there, and I think he knows a thing or two about websites. (Also I answered in it!).

first and foremost if you see the question: no website name is given in the question but from the url and user name you can find out it is beeoasis.com
secondly:those who answered it are wondering what type of website because the question doesn't have a website name.
thirdly:due to the above reason nobody was able to give an better answer for eg: everyone's helpful number is either equal or less than unhelpful number.
so this is a challenging question which still does not have a best answer.

#3 is interesting because there is no right answer. The best you can get are personal stories, and they come from every direction - from the father who said "Here's how my son-in-law did it" to the woman who says "I'd be offended if my boyfriend asked my father for permission", from the guy who asked with the knowledge that they'd be getting married with or without "permission", to the guy who didn't ask and regrets it 8 years later (yeah, that last one is me).
For those reasons I find that question the most interesting. We speak often about what's to differentiate Mahalo Answers from other search destinations, and I think that one is a great example of the human element winning out of over the human-powered-research-engine.

My first impression when I saw that question posted was, somebody's working on an essay, a comparative character analysis, that's interesting... so, I went for it.
The rational behind it may be entirely of my own making, but I still like the question.

"What are the top 5 Things CEOs worry about? (I am assuming you mean USA CEOs?)
How companies make decisions, how they innovate, how they LEAD, and how they engage their employees AND customers, affect communities all over the nation. And as we have seen, the larger the company, the more the company/management thinking and leadership, affects our economy, our communities, average families, and frankly, the world economy.
Although, I disagree w/ the third point in the question: Political Environment. While this might affect certain industries more than others, I don't think managing a company from day to day hinges on the political winds -- unless you are a Defense contractor or auto maker (or food distributor, etc.). A lot of industries are less subject to the wide ranging laws that Public Policy affects.
For sure, Public Policy affects ALL of us (and all industries-- just some a lot less than others.) In certain industries, say if you make DVD labels, or make placemats or wind up clocks, political climates affect less of your day-to-day operations (and costs, profits) unless you are selling across state lines, or exporting overseas.
Of course taxes (a kind of public policy) affect all of us, but I've never heard a CEO say they went out of business because of the tax rate in their state or the Fed tax rate. (We all know US taxes are written to favor business and NOT private individuals.)
There may be more unique situations where a business became less profitable or went out of business altogether because of a policy or law change.. but I doubt it's the rule.
And I've never heard a CEO say they went out of business by doing the right thing, and by behaving and operating with integrity.
Many businesses have gone out of business for doing the wrong thing-- when public policy finally caught up to them.
And I think Mahalo should similarly offer a tip or points for the BEST Answer of the Week (or day.)

I'm going to break from the pack and say #3, the one about asking the dad to marry the daughter, is the most interesting. While I agree that #1 is a useful question with lots of well-thought-out answers, it's pretty much also one of the most popular search topics on the net and similar answers can be found in any of 1000 other places. Just go hang out on ProBlogger and you'll hear everything you're hearing in that thread.

Thoughtful answer Shakespearegeek.
I'm not even going to answer this question myself as I don't really rate any of the questions Andy picked as candidates.
#1) Like you said, it's a version of a question we've seen lots of times before even on Mahalo, let alone other places. And you're going to give a guy money for asking about how to promote his business? I don't think so.
#2) Kind of fun, but really, do I care about the answer? Nope.
#3) Might be a contender if the personal stories are good. But I don't think the question was particularly well thought out.
#4) Is part of a large series of spammy questions that I ignore.
#5) Who cares? Not me anyway. :)

I retract what I said about #3 not being so well thought out.
On a closer look, it is a good question, related to a tricky personal situation, and the questions shows awareness of how the situation might look to others, and explains enough to enable good answers.
As a result there are some very interesting answers, that cast an interesting light on our social norms and family lives.
So I would now firmly vote for #3.

I like question number one. It is a simple question that everyone who has a website can relate to. It's a question that possibly could use more clarification (ie. what kind of website does he have?), yet likewise it universally can relate to any small business owner. It also has some well thought out answers. Although I answered it early on when nobody was answering it, I was shocked to see some of the later answers, as I really thought nobody was going to put so much effort into answering it.

I'll go for #2, the only one of five that I responded to. My first impression when I saw that question posted was, somebody's working on an essay, a comparative character analysis, that's interesting... so, I went for it.
The rational behind it may be entirely of my own making, but I still like the question.

Since I often do not agree with the masses, I will have to go with Q #4, "What are the top 5 Things CEOs worry about? (I am assuming you mean USA CEOs?)

It is such a wide open, un-qualified question that the folks who are answering it have no choice but to spew pages of information.
To me, the best answers come from the best questions. This "how do I get traffic" question is erroneous and unthoughtful.
I've been frustrated with this question since I first saw it. I would love to thoughtfully answer a question like this but I can't without further clarification.
