UPDATE: If you don't see the "Mahalo Quarter for your troubles" here's how to fix it.
If you don't see the Mahalo Quarter on the questions, but rather the really long warning that Mahalo is putting the tip as a test message, it's because of your browsers cache.
To fix this you need to empty your browser cache.

I just do a normal refresh, that fixes it for me whenever it appears wrongly.
