Wow! I'm amazed at how much money some of the page managers can make.

Would someone please get back to me about why I will not be getting a payment this month? I emailed Jeff, who forwarded it to Mike, then emailed Lon. Still no answer. I requested payment on October 29th but it didn't reflect in my account, I emailed on the 30th after I tried requesting again and it said the payment was processing and I could not request payment more than once. It is still not reflected in my account here and now it is looking like I have to wait another month to request payout.
It is the same way with me. I don't need the money right away though. So it was fine with me. But it's good to have this problem solved, ASAP. If we finish the Red Dwarf How to challenge, we will be rewarded by Anne at 30th November, so I have to wait until then before requesting payout. I hope the problem will have been resolved by then as I need the money for the holiday

That same thing happened to me Linda. I emailed Mike about it just now when I saw this spreadsheet.
Oh I think this is a glitch cause it happened to me too. :( So I just be cashing out on November instead.
Yeah but see, cashing out in November, means waiting until December to get pay, then waiting (at least for me) for it to go from paypal to my bank (4 days) before I can use it. This means no x-mas shopping with mahalo money until christmas eve. granted I wasn't getting alot and the payout will be better for this month but I was looking forward to using that money on some sales that are happening thanksgiving week.

I can't answer this question about this month's payouts because no one from the Mahalo community has given me any information on this topic. When I log in to Mahalo, I can navigate around the site fairly easily; I have my profile page, and I've earned approx. 200 pts., however, no one from accounting or human resources has contacted me. So my question is really for you. Who should I contact? I'm sure there are other new Mahalo members who would really like this information. Thanks for your help.

Yes it seems I was naive enough to believe that points were actually Mahalo dollars. I asked questions right away after I joined, to get my feet wet, and gave tips away to be a good citizen. I've spent countless hours researching and answering questions, giving feedback to others. I have nothing to show for it except -$.50. I love doing the work here by the way and I think what Mahalo is doing will revolutionize the way search engine, or should I say "search brain" will affect the internet. I just thought the points meant Mahalo dollars. It's nice to see & know you have a goal to achieve. Oh well, now I know I have to try to earn tips and make my own pages to succeed

I must echo the sentiments of many here, being new to Mahalo it is an insperation to se others doing so well, and with their good fortunes and work to know that Mahalo is also doing well and will be around for us all to enjoy.

I can not wait to get my cable at home turned back on so I can start on the Mahalo Task, and managing pages here. I was very new when I got into some finacial difficulties and my cable was shut off. I am sitting in the library doing this right now, but you only have limited amount of time to use the computers. Iam sure it is going to take a little more time to then what you are allowed here os I will have to wait. I am very excited for the people that are earning good money on here. I live in Michigan and the job market is just about obsolet here. So, for Mahalo to have such a wonderful site where people can really make good money is truely a Great Thing right now for all that is aware of the site. Good Luck to all and I hope to be an active page manager soon !!

Hey there guys, I requested my first payment, and I'm a bit confused about things seeing as I'm so new. I submitted the request on November 12th, and was wondering whether I am going to be included on this months payout (November 16), or if I will have to wait another month. Right now it shows that my balance is zero since I submitted the payout of $M 69.34, is there a reciept that shows up in your email proving that you requested the payment, cause I never got one? Not too concerned whether I get the money this month, but was just kind of confused at the lack of trackable features that I had.
When you request a payout, you will receive it between the 15th and 22nd of the following month. Since you can only request a payout once per month, requesting it at the end of the month gives you the highest payout with the shortest wait time.
If the money is out of your Mahalo account, then you can assume the request went through. There is no confirmation email sent on payment requests. You could always try emailing contact@mahalo.com if you'd like a confirmation.

If you requested it on November 12th, you'll be included in the November payouts on December 15. The payout on November 16 is for payments requested before October 31.

I'm confused, I can't reconcile these numbers with the Page Management Leaderboard. http://www.mahalo.com/leaderboard/users?time=month Is the Page Management Leaderboard out of date? These number certainly make things look much more lucrative than the Page Management numbers.
The difference is that the leader-board does not necessarily show the same period shown in the payouts, plus, people may or may not have requested a payout, or if they have, they may not have requested the total balance of their account.
The leaderboard is broken and has been for some time. I am not even showing up on the member list and neither are many of the how-to team members,yet clearly from both my stats and last month's payout, I should be there.
When I asked the question in MA, I was told the leaderboard being broken was a known bug and it's been that way for a couple months.
