Open questions that have gone into the undecided section again.
I think we should be able to open questions that have gone into the undecided questions section. For example if I have a really good answer for a question that ha gone into undecided I should be able to still submit an answer. Even bring it back to the answers section again.
Or for those questions that have been voted "no best answer" they should be re-opened. I think we can answer them as of right now, but bring back the tip as well. So it can be voted on again. What do you guys think?

• Yes, some answers are really lame and could be fixed up a bit.
