my answer was selected as best then my dollars are deducted for two times what is the reason for it?

Hartwell is correct. The questions you answered correctly had negative tip amounts in the amounts of $-5 and $-6. These are mistakes that have since been rectified in our system and users are now no longer able to tip in negative amounts. both those pages, the tip is listed as a negative amount. "M$-6" and "M$-5" i don't remember seeing this before.
Doesn't make sense that an asker could make people pay to answer them.
It would be more helpful if we knew the timeline. I'm guessing they both went down like this:
1) asker asked a question and offered a tip
2) you answered
3) asker gave feedback "that';s not online, that's off topic" whatever
4) asker didn't pick a best answer
5) voters picked yours as best answer
6) mahalo awarded you the tip
7) asker said "wait, there was no good answer, i want my tip back"
8) mahalo revered the award
under the current rules, the site seems to favor askers by default. i would suggest a change that involved inspection of the answers by a human before tip money is refunded.

ok mohalo should return the money which was paid y they are deducting from my account. this rules are not good i wasted more time to earn that amount.
