Mahalo Treasure Hunt: Can you find my avatar? Updated with 3 hints!

I have hidden a tiny version of my avatar with the body of one of Mahalo's pages. The first person to reply to this question with the URL of that page will win the M$ 10.

The avatar IS NOT at the bottom of a question thread on Mahalo answers, it lives at the bottom of one of our pages on Mahalo main site. Is it a search result page? Is it a walkthrough? How about a how to article? That is for you to figure out.

If no one has found it in a few hours I will give a hint.

The hints are:
Bad boys, bad boys, whatcha gonna do?
The not so Ex-files.
Discovered the true meaning of E.L.E.

That is not hidden, that is the way it shows up for every contributor on that page.

For the treasure hunt, my avatar is completely out of place AND at the bottom of the page.
