There are good apples and bad apples in every barrel.
We need to seek the truth, both here on Mahalo and in life.
for example, I was on Prodigy back in 1989 when 2 bad apples took down the entire Health Bulletin board over a gay rights argument. It was so bad that it made the national printed newspapers.
They both created false IDs and did gay bashing.
I witnessed it all, spoke when them on the phone, researched their true identity, (name, phone, history, workplace, home address) counseled 2 adult men over the age of 25 to STOP FIGHTING.
They did not listen, and the ruined the fun and education and information exchange for many people at Prodigy's Health Bulletin boards. shame shame

I am not a fan of everyone here, especially the ones with no sense of humor and those who find it necessary to leave negative feedback without participating in a discussion themselves.
However, Mahalo is just like life. You live and learn.

We all grow here as a family helping answer
questions. How do you feel about Mahalo ?
I have to say i really like it here you all are like family to me.
I am new here .In the time that i have been here it has been
real fun learning from all of you .Some times it is a little hard
for me here helping you all .but i make it happen no mater
how it turns out. You all have been much help in all you do here
Mahalo thank you for being my family .And thank you to all my
Friends here. The only reason i ask this is to know where we
are in are harts as a family.

I have enjoyed the time I have spent here thus far. I am not the best writer as the friendly editors keep reminding me to put everything into my own words. However, I enjoy working on my Mahalo page and answering interesting questions as much as possible. I am also thankful for some great information I have acquired here.
