With Videos and Images you can use the X, the X appears when you hover over the item in question, unfortunately there is no way to filter the twitter section, if you're afraid of inappropriate content coming through there you can simply remove the section entirely.

Mahalo : How can I edit inappropriate Flickr and video images from coming into the "Claimed Page"
I would like to remove inappropriate content, images, and video coming in from Twitter and Flickr from the "Claimed Page"
Should I report the inappropriate content or is there a way to edit the content?

• Occassionally the word retrieves and inappropriate image. I was quite shocked and taken back by a few.
