It is often quite easy to use Google to find the addresses of the agency that represents a celebrity. However, it has been found that response rates are low when trying to contact a celebrity via those addresses; the celebrity's representation may have changed, or the correspondence may simply be classified as fan mail, and not given proper consideration.
People have had much better results when using the service: "Contact any Celebrity". People have had a high response rate, and no mail was returned as undelivered. The service claims to have addresses for over 50,000 celebrities, its owner is very helpful: www.contactanycelebrity.com.
The book "Contact Any Celebrity: 2003 Edition" contains over 13,000 accurate contact addresses for movie, television, music, and sports stars, as well as almost every other public figure imaginable.

Is the site "Contact Any Celebrity" reliable? And what are the best celebrity contact resources?
We get a lot of these contact celebrity questions here on Mahalo, I generally have been referring people to IMDB but in the odd case they don't even have contact information. So what is the solution? I know most celebrities don't want to be contacted, but on the other hand, some don't mind mail and letter etc... Either way we get lots of these questions and not all celebrities have accessible contact info, other than IMDB what are some good sources?
I've seen other Mahaloians referring to this website - http://www.contactanycelebrity.com/

I don't know how reliable the website "Contact Any Celebrity" site is but this is what I usually tell people who are looking for celebrity autographs. If the celebrity, author, sports figure, etc and has a website, you can usually find a list of events or appearances and try to get your own autograph. In the worst case, you can probably find contact information for their agent, publicist or manager. While there are some celebrities who rarely give autographs, it doesn't hurt to ask and I would think most PR representatives would be able to help. If the entertainment personality you are interested in does not have a website, you would contact the publisher, talent agency, movie studio/TV network PR depts and see if they will help you. You could also look online to see if they have an "official" or even "unofficial" fan group and ask them if they have access to or sell autographs.
