In case nobody else noticed, the Top 100 Mahalo Answers members went all-purple today! Woot! When will the Top 100 go purple / brown tip?

I believe that @soundboy was the last to go purple. Congratulations!

Since I was off by two days with my mathematical flow chart, I now have decided to go by biblical code. Using this astounding ancient formula, I've determined that the date will be the 13th of Cheshvan, 5770. Hey, does anyone know Hebrew?

I feel like it's going to take forever for me to get to a purple belt... I'm definitely going to work on it, though. I'm almost to green now! Just 48 points to go.

I think they'll all go purple-brown tip within a month or so. These people are devoted! =]

I certainly mis-estimated this one, but then I didn't see the post that said there were only four spots left that weren't already purple!

Since there are only purple with brown tips to the 27th spot, I think it will be at least a month before the top 100 is all at least purple with a brown tip--maybe more like two months. I think it may have taken me about 6 weeks to get there, but I'm not the quickest Mahaloian, given my schedule.

I totally underestimated this one. I think we will all go purple with a brown November 11th 2009 on my birthday. That would be a good goal!

Seriously, though, I'm thinking that mid-to-late December's going to be it, because getting the top 100 all to purple-belt status is going to take a little time.

It could be in as few as 30 days, 100 points a day is easy to do. Answer 10 questions in the bonus point time limit, and vote to your limit. That daily total will easily exceed 100 points with "best answers" from previous days.

Top 100 would have to get over 5000 points each. I estimate people can get about 1000 points per month. So starting at around 2000 points, if the top 100 follow that schedule it would take about 3 months from now. Which would be September 1st. I'm calling it!
