Thanks for participating in Rush Week. We need to be very careful on health pages not to present statements as fact unless supported by high quality authoritative sites (Merck Manuals, Mayo Clinic, CDC...for a few examples).

Sorry, for not adding citations to the page, I have never written health how to pages. I stick with computer how to pages and other similar articles. I understand why they are important.
