How to add an image to my page maintained?

I am not able to add images or videos to the page maintained by me. It's a recipe page , so if i add videos or images it will be catchy. Your suggestions please.

On the top right side of the page, there should be a tool box titled "Page Builder" with two drop-downs under an "Add Section" option. Click the second drop-down (default fill-in is "To Links") and scroll down to highlight "Images" then click. The images will be added to your page. Follow this same process for videos.

I added Images and Videos sections to your page for you. I did this by going to the toolbar on the right side of the page and selecting the correct sections from the drop down menu. You can add or remove images to these sections and also pin your favorites. Whichever image is in the first slot in the Images section will be displayed at the top of the page in the Guide Note. If you want to embed a particular video onto the page, I suggest adding a Featured section.
