How many users on mahalo answers are actual mahalo employees (hired by mahalo)? And how do we tell who they are?

Just curious how many of the top users are actually non-mahalo employees...

The short of it is that Mahalo has a policy that all employees must mention that they work for Mahalo in their profile. If you are curious if a user works for Mahalo or not, just check their profile!

@benwong04 Employees do earn an hourly paycheck working at Mahalo.

The money employees earn for answering questions goes back into the community by questions being asked. So if I earn $5 by answering a question, I will turn around and ask a $5 question
