How do you put bullet points in your answer?
I have noticed many people do this - for example Sutherland's answer here (*Thanks to cp24 and robbrown for helping me do the bullet point above. Now I know how to do it.

There are 2 places to answer a question.
The first place is under the question and all comments.
The second place is after you press "Submit Answer"
In the second place, there is an Enable WYSIWYG link.
Press that and you'll be presented with some formatting options.
