How do I move my Outlook Express mails to my MacBook? Please don't send me to the web page in German!

Both involve converting the .dbx files used in Outlook Express to .mbox files, which are used by both Microsoft Entourage (basically a Mac version of Outlook Express) and Mail (the free email client included with your Mac).
